Lisa says about emergency managers who called for all residents and business owners to leave. They are two of an estimated 500 resident holdouts who refuse to evacuate from the oncoming Rita. Marcus who was working with a crew doing a documentary film project has been sick with dysentery as Lisa takes a rest from overseeing a roof patch.
