Scholarly Activities in Program
- Students in American Studies have been encouraged and supported in
giving papers at conferences. Students have given papers at the International
conference on Film and Literature.
- Students are encouraged to attend the Southern American Studies Conference
when it is in New Orelans.
- Faculty publish regularly in refereed journals.
- Faculty regularly attend the National American Studies Conference.
- Faculty regularly present papers on American Studies issues at national
and regional conferences.
