Before clicking "Next," please be sure to have the following ready:
- Completed copy (Please note: We cannot accept Publisher files.)
- Image(s) suggested for use
- The budget along with the account number to charge
- The specifications for the job (size, color, quantity)
- Due date. How long do projects normally take?
- Mailing list, if piece is to be mailed

Along with producing a print publication, please consider placing the copy you are submitting on your college/department web site.
If you need assistance with your web site, please submit a Web Request Form.
If your publications request is event-related, please also submit a Publicity Request Form to have your event placed on the university calendar.
