time only. Please. No previously published work. No multiple
submissions. No electronic submissions. Simultaneous submissions

We’re
looking for well-crafted, dynamic writing that demonstrates
attention to the language, and a sense of the medium, writing
that engages, surprises, moves us. We subscribe to the belief
that in order to truly write well, one must master the rudiments:
grammar and syntax, punctuation, diction, the sentence, the
paragraph, the line, the stanza.
We
receive about 3,000 manuscripts a year, and publish about
2% of them. Increase your chances of publication by researching
the market. Check out a recent issue. Proofread your work.
Send us your best. Be professional, be patient, be persistent.
