Course Description:

This course is a field and laboratory survey of marine animals, particularly those of the Louisiana Gulf Coast, including classification, morphology, physiology, and ecology. Five-week summer course at LUMCON in Cocodrie, La. Prerequisites: Completion of Biology Core Courses.

Course Structure:

4 credits, lecture and lab (field).
