What is Sutton Hoo?

The purpose of this website is to provide links to useful sites for finding information about the Sutton Hoo Burial site in England.  On this page, students will find an interesting, hands-on project to research this great historical find.  This activity can be used as an introductory guide when studying Beowulf.  It could also be used as an aid in studying Viking traditions or burial customs of different cultures.
